I would not say it is that stable since it is quite slow to start (maybe due to the fact that license server is far away) and occasionally crashed. We may move from Design Capture to DxDesigner for schematics entry in the future (but keep the Expedition for PCB side). The old designs (maintenance) are still using the Boardstation on Unix. I've used Orcad capture before and it was not bad. I've also used P-CAD 2002 before and it was not bad.
