They did mention that FRAM cells are (currently) larger than flash, so initial offerings will be limited to 256k. Sadly parts won't be sampling until at least Q4 next year IIRC (they aren't currently shown on the current roadmap to 2011). I just checked the part with the FP unit, it's actually an M4 core ("Brainstorm class") and will be available Q1 2011. Don't have a price for this.
