TV is fixed, Red is Red, Green is Green, Blue is Blue again after fitting a new degaussing thermistor (PTC3). Thanks to all the input. I wish that I had taken a photo before I removed the part, but It was a pain to remove and didn't want to re-install. Perhaps I could have perhaps turned it on with the part removed but wasn't willing to take the gamble. As in the original post the colours were Black is Black White is White Red is Blue Green is Red Blue is Green. I determined this by displaying colour bars that I had drawn in Open Office then displayed on the TV. When watching normal TV it looked almost like watching a negative. The fault affected the entire screen equally except minor differences in the corners.
