Vitiliy, Your solution has a flaw on two levels. 1. Privacy - the individual concerned may not want the ' embarrassment ' of being publicly ' listed '. 2. Unless the individual decides otherwise, it is none of the lists business. In my opinion a behind the scenes rap on the knuckles, and the list at large assuming that the poster is on some sort of hiatus saves everybodys feelings and saves face and public censure.
