I am reasonably sure that this part mz72g 20RM is a 3 pin PTC with heater. It specs are 20 ohm, Working Voltage 220 Max Voltage 270 and they describe them here http://www.overcity.com.hk/elecom/153.PDF. I am having problems locating one in Australia. I tried westec electronics and they have a Sharp PTC3 which looks like the one I want but it has no data.
