Sounds like a harness is messed up. Is this a new (to you) set, did it 
ever show the correct colors, or did it suddenly change? Is this off the 
TV's internal tuner, or is there another external signal source such as 
cable, satellite, ATSC tuner, with a component (Red, blue, green) 
connectors? If so are they correctly hooked up. Check the cable for 
continuity end to end and color to color. Is this an analog or digital 
signal?  By colors wrong, you are saying this applies uniformly to the 
entire screen, as opposed to typical degauss issues, where the are 
different colors at different areas of the screen.
