If you are using SPICE you may find the following website very useful as a
source of macromodels for discrete semiconductors:

http://www.diodes.com/products/spicemodels/

Also included are some integrated devices.

The quality of the models remains to be proven but some confidence can
probably
be put in the fact that Diodes Inc (who now also own Zetex) is a major
player in
the semicondutor discretes space.

If you are not using SPICE ask me why you should.
