We really need to sort out a third-party archive of the PICLIST. The mailing list archivers (Omgili et al) work great for recent history, but it'd be really nice to get the older stuff (like, from the start of the list) online in a Pipermail or similar archive which doesn't rely on the apparently eternally-shaky Massmind server...
