Definitely not, Agile is an entire project management philosophy. :)

I've had heated debates not too long ago with Agile-bashers. Search for 
"Agile" in the subject, it's been beaten to death.

SCRUM, Xtreme development, etc are all agile methodologies.

I can't say that we follow all agile prescriptions to the 't', but we are 
definitely trying to stick to the principles.
