I have 35mm film spools from theatre trailers.
I want to make some thin picture frames that are backlit and put  
strips of film in front ( along with a moveable magnifier )

Where can I get white light backlight panels ?
Or the parts to make such a beast ?
It would be great to have a variety of panel sizes.
