Jason,

Use the stimulus input dialog.  You can inject values into registers at
certain times, or cycle counts.
It takes a little bit to get it set up, but it really helps a lot when you
simulate.

For simulating a program that involves the use of A/D converters, is
there an alternative to adding a break and manually changing values?
I've heard that it's possible to have the simulation read a file to
get the A/D values.  How do I do this?
