Just looking at an app for which I was considering + VNC1L to record & playback DMX data (25kbytes/sec) to USB stick, but the PIC24FJ64(?32?) B004 appears to blow that out of the water on price if it will do the job.... Does anyone know roughly how much flash & RAM is needed to be able to talk to a USB flash drive (e.g. the footprint of the Microchip data logger app would be a useful benchmark) . Can't seem to find any figures in the Microchip docs. Also anyone have any data transfer rate figures for USB host to memory stick running on PIC24? Any comments on reliability of the Microchip host stack/filesystem stuff? -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
