I thought I was very explicit in my original post. 2x16 without a PCB that 
extends far beyond the edges of the glass. One difference b/w the ones you 
linked in the previous message and the ones in the picture, is the flexible 
connector.  Low current backlight is a big plus.

Looks like something we could use. I'm curious why they  don't specify the 
current for the LED backlight. And, which controller are these using 
(Hitachi, Samsung?).
