Well, I found out about it through googling.

I also found the readme file for the PICKIT 2 which does include some 
reasonable docs.

So maybe I can noodle it out.........but so far it looks like I've got 
the right command line format but have been unsuccessful at programming.

And this prototype programs using the same hardware and PICKIT 3 through 
MPLab.
