I'm trying to execute the exercise at
http://www.micahcarrick.com/04-25-2005/pic-c-programming-linux.html using
Piklab.

I'm able to get everything to compile in Piklab.  However, I have no idea
how to simulate the program.  The options I need in the Debugger menu (like
run, stop, step, etc.) are COMPLETELY GRAYED OUT, so I'm not allowed to use
them.

How do I make the debugging features available?
