David, I'm surprised that you'd say this. AFAIK about the Arduino, it doesn't do proper video, nor a standard keyboard/mouse input. Of course I can code these, but would prefer to avoid it if possible. My other major concern is its ability to deliver stepper pulses at over 1MHz to each of a few steppers simultaneously at different speeds, cause IIRC it runs on a 16Mhz or 20Mhz microcontroller.
