i had a GARMIN GPS18 sitting around, so i decided to make a device that parses gps and sends out the time over an rf serial link.  The code should work fore anything that spits out the standard "GPRS" string.  

The code is mostly inspired by John's "Hacking the Parallax GPS"  NV article, that I've updated for SXB2.0.  Some of the neat time formulas come from Dr. Allen's amazing bs2 math site.
