http://www.kickstarter.com/ is COOL! I'm thinking of using that for a few
project ideas I have and don't have funding for (or know if anyone would be
interested in).

But it isn't the site I was thinking of, nor is fundable.com (I think)

They have the "I'll pay X towards" part but not the "SOMEONE should" part:
The money goes to whoever starts the project, not to the first person to
complete the project.
