List,

I am using the PIC24HJ128GP210-I/PF......it has a lot of power and 
ground pins, which I want to try to bypass in the most expedient way.

I know what to do with the analog power pins.....but what is the 
recommended way to bypass the standard VDD/VSS pins?

I want (generally) to run power to the bypass caps first, then to the 
chip....but with so many power pins, I am not sure how to pair them.....

Anybody have any thoughts on this?
