I used to have the CEMs create that, until I learned what a Centroid  
file was.  Once there was no charge, and later it was $100 IIRC.  But  
I can now generate centroid from Eagle with a ulp I found.

FWIW, I'm working on doing my own auto/semi-auto assembly, so more  
interested in the details of these processes currently.
