CHM files are not supported by Parallax -- the editor has a real problem with them.  To that end, I'm moving the information in from the 2.0 chm to a PDF, but doing it not as a crappy printout, but a formatted book.  This is taking a bit of time (and I'm doing it in tandem with other projects), but I think it will be worthwhile when finished.  With SX/B no longer a moving target it's a bit easier to write material and lock it.  I will make sure that all of the demos in the original help file are updated to 2.0 standards (not to be defensive, but the last update of the SX/B help file was not done by me so I cannot assume responsibility for problems -- I will fix them, though).
