For a small business, being locked out of $20k for weeks at a time can spell ruin. So, don't keep any money in your PayPal account. :) >From our POV, their customer service has been decent. We still sometimes lose money to chargebacks, but there aren't many of them and we write them of to "learning experience" and "cost of running a business". We had to blacklist one guy who had the nerve to order a product, return an empty box for a refund, file a chargeback, get the money from PP, and then attempt to order again.
