Please note everyone: using the wisp648 firmware and hardware design 
(either direct, or as a base for another design) is allowed *only* for 
non-commercial, DIY, one-off work. You are allowed to make one for 
yourself, but you are not allowed to sell PCBs, complete programmers, 
kits, * or publish a PCB design *.

So the design in referred link itself is perfectly allowed, but please 
don't step over the limits of what I allow.
