Anyone here using a vacuum pickup pen for 0603?  If so, what type/size  
of "nozzle"/tip are you using?  The one I have is a tad on the large  
size for 0603 and if I don't place the tip straight down on the  
component, it inhales the component.  I can't use the rubber  
hat-shaped tips cause those block the component from view, so I can't  
see where I'm placing it.  I have this one...
