I was wondering Bob and SM, is this the "total rate" or the "advertised
rate"?

What I mean is my "advertised rate" (the rate marked on the bill) is
around CND $0.06/kWh, but after all the fees and charges I end up paying
around double that, CND $0.10-$0.12/kWh.
