That's less than what I pay at home in California, which is currently
US$ 0.185 per KWH, or about S$ 0.26 per KWH.

It's a progressive rate, if I kept my consumption down it could be as
low as US$ 0.115 per KWH. But some of my consumption is at US$ 0.38 per KWH.
