Staying in a high-rise apartment as you do, I just ordered a solar
panel off ebay to try to get rid of my "not switching off" sin.  I
figure the main "conversion" efficiency of my solar charging station
shall be in cutting the "not switching off" waste.  In SGP, the cost
of this waste is very expensive, 2nd in the world after London (2005
data).  With the pound drops, our electricity should be the priciest
now.    Yes, this is a x'mas present for myself.
