It looks like you are generating the +3.3v reference from a PWM output
(CCP1)?  If so you really should be low pass filtering this before
driving the buffer (U2A/Q6 etc) otherwise the resulting 3.3v rail will
be extremely noisy.  R22 could form part of this filter with the
addition of a capacitor.
