Thanks for the suggestion. I don't think I'll need the higher current, but I had a look anyway. They seem to be the LMD18245 by the way. In any case, they seem alright, a bit pricey though. Plus they say they'll only do one phase, so you'd need two of them. Thanks for the suggestion though!
