In the past 6 months, I've had some issues as well -- incorrect parts sent to me (extra that I hadn't ordered, and yes I told them about it). Incorrect quantities on my order (email order, not verbal), and nowadays I notice that they're not willing to negotiate on price as much as they used to. But then again, my previous sales rep moved to another position within the company, and she was very helpful with these things. FWIW, I still prefer them over Mouser, as Mouser keeps missing their ship times, even though I order well before their deadlines, and they give me an "oh well" attitude. I've been using other sources (like Abstract Electronics) for PICs -- better pricing. Cheers, -Neil.
