However you choose to use the oven , you may want to ground the metal  
frame work to earth ground as well as to electrical ground.
Earth ground can be had by attaching to a pipe that enters the ground  
such as a cold water pipe.  And make sure all exposed surfaces
show zero volts with respect earth ground.
