It's possible? No knowledge about the SD side but I wouldn't count on 1 pin. You'd need more than 1 pin to do Ethernet (assuming that's what you're planning given the RJ45 use). There's a transmit pair & a receive pair. After the external magnetics & support circuits, you may be able to get away with 1 input pin & 1 output pin. Probably using POE (Power Over Ethernet) plus support electronics to step the voltage down from 48-ish volts. That's middle 2 pins on the RJ45 jack (assuming the jack even has POE available).
