I really, really, hope that none of our contractor manufacturers are  
selling or giving away our "extra" blank PCBs.  Though since I've seen  
our ASICs show up on eBay, I'm not sure I'd count on it...

I suspect that anyone with an 8x10 PCB is going to consider it highly  
proprietary and not want you to have them.  Though you might get lucky  
if you have a good story why you need them...
