Neil, As another poster said, check for a plate that tells you the voltage, current, and hopefully wiring of the oven. Is there a removable plate where the wires enter the oven? It sounds like a typical 120 V cord that you'd find on any appliance, but you need to be sure. Is there an electrician nearby who could look over it?
