The mis-marked parts problem happened to us again this weekend! We received some sot23-6 parts that were for HDMI esd, rather than the USB esd as marked on the bag, and we had a run of cameras built with some 1000pf caps rather than 10,000pf caps, again from a mismarked lot. That one was very expensive for us to fix. We are now seriously considering only buying full reels and/or buying from other distributors. I really hope our friends at Digikey get this under control. Does anyone have medium volume (100 to 5000 per line item) experience with Mouser, Newark, Avnet, or Arrow that they can report on?
