Working at a small company, Digikey's service has worked well for us. 
My estimate of wrong parts shipped is something like once in 10 years 
out of more than 1,000's of orders.

Recently, that changed.  In less than one month, they have shipped wrong 
parts 3 times.

Ordered:		Received:
2512 resistors 5mOhm	0402 resistors 4MOhm
5MHz resonator		1206 ceramic caps
connectors		0402 ceramic caps

They're making it good of course.  But two of these were found on the 
smd lines at the assembly houses.  Correct labels, wrong parts.

It is possible to be just coincidence... but I don't usually believe in 
coincidences like this.

Has anyone else had any similar issues lately with Digikey?
