Huh.  This will be interesting.  I've always found Elektor to be a bit
on the expensive side in the US, so never subscribed, but I've been
subscribing to CC for years now (digital edition).

I always knew that Steve would have to retire someday, but even with
'exciting plans' it's hard not to think of the merger and demise of
Popular Electronics and Radio Electronics (Electronics Now).

The two magazines are reasonably complimentary, but it's still an
expensive enterprise and I can't imagine them leaving the two
magazines separate for more than 3-5 years.
