I like that where you could print directly to the board. I don't think the Laserjet 4+ will do that, even if I remove or cut holes in the covers. :) I wonder how that works for double sided, if you can get the registration accurate enough. With the usual iron on transfer method, I transfer and etch one side, drill 4 of the holes through, insert pins, and pre pin poke the holes on the 2nd side, and slide the pins through board and 2nd side mask. Works OK where you don't need traces between DIP holes.
