Sure that Samsung isn't an inkjet? But yes, some lasers don't do the job for PCB, and that goes for some cartridges too. When finds a combination, stick with it. At the time, I only had a inkjet, took printout to local copy center, his one copier out of 3 did a great job. He went out of business a year ago.
