The Walmart one (XO420) can afford 200W continuous power, 350w peak. The Canadian Tire model(Xpower 300W Inverter Product #11-1870-6) can afford 240W continuous power, 300W maxi. and 480W Surge. However due to limit of vehicle wiring and fusing, it only recommend max. 100W when using cigarette lighter. For more than 100W, it is recommended wiring directly to the battery. (Which is why it provides two sets of hook-up wiring.) Some of the vehicle using "15A to 20A fuse" for cigarette lighter, that will put a limit on the converter. Especially some Japanese cars, they use the same fuse for cigarette lighter and audio system. You better turn off your CD/Radio when that is the case. Funny N. Which is fine, as its powered from the cigarette lighter, which usualy are only good for ~20 A so 350W constant would either smell of either phony balogna or burnt wiring.
