Hi:

I have taken some data on the panel:

I think it's 48 cells, 31 Voc and the Isc varies but is in the range 0.2 A 
(rain) to 8A (Sun).

It came with a very simple controller for a "12 volt" battery.  The next step 
will be to put my 100 Ah marine battery in that box and mount the panel 
somewhere where it'll get some Sun.
