The first version of this clone was build on the assumption that all 3v
devices are 5V tolerant.
But the case is not like that , i was wrong at that time.
So i made some changes (see the new schematic in the blog) in the circuit,
so it now produce only 3.3v Vhi on digital pins when a 3.3 device is
connected and 4.05 VHi when a 5V device is connected. So it assures the
protection for 3.3 Vhi devices.
So protection is there and it is possible to debug and burn the pic now.
