Hi Peter and Sean, I tried to bulk erase the PIC, but it refuses to even recognize any of the micro's, so it won't bulk erase. Usually if the Code Protect bit is set, the red "Code Protect" banner will show up in the Pickit2 programming interface, but it doesn't, and MCLR (It will simply say where it is an unrecognized device before it even attempts to read it). I did, however, find where I fat fingered a registry address late last night for a data register I added. I defined addresses 08h - 10h, where I should have used 07h-09h. 10h corresponds to the address for T1CON. I'm thinking this might be part of the problem, but I am out of micro's to play with, hence why I am trying to figure out a way to salvage this, assuming it isn't a hardware problem. Does anyone think that is a big enough issue to actually brick the micro? -Eric On Sat, Nov 14, 2009 at 1:07 PM, peter green wrote: > Have you disabled mclr in the configuration bits?
