Hi Everyone!

Something very odd just started happening to my pickit2 programmer about an
hour ago.  All of the sudden, it's destroying chips.  I'm using the
PIC16F628A. and the software recognizes that I have inserted a blank micro
with that model on it.  Program it once, and suddenly the device is
unrecognizeable.  Interestingly enough though, if I power VDD to the unit,
it will run the firmware on the chip with what seems to be without issue.  I
just can't ever access the chip again.  It's very frustrating and was
wondering if anyone experienced something similar?
