I'm guessing it would be in an oven. If the pads/vias are well-position it
should go OK, although I've no experience with LGAs. Ideally it would
be possible to directly parallel the internal FETs, in the same way you can
add bypass semis to other SMPS ICs. As the internal gate drives aren't
available perhaps some other way is workable
