Hi: I may have found a small low power LCD glass at my local Dollar Store for . . . . $1! I have two applications for it. The first is as a timer, but haven't figured out how to "stop" the timer. When first powered the watch sets the time to 12:00 and the date to 1 Dec. Disconnecting the battery blanks the LCD as does shorting the crystal. How to freeze the LCD so the elapsed time can be read? The other application is the subject of this thread, i.e. as just a small LCD. How to get specs for the LCD glass?
