Hi Guys,

I am trying to identify a smd mosfet which is used as a low end switch for a 
small pulsator coil.

It is driven by a cmos gate at 5 volts via a 2.7k resistor  ... and the top 
end of the coil is attached to 12 volts.

I can barely see any markings but it looks like perhaps 'AS1'

The device package is similar to a SOT-223 but it's body is only 4mm wide by 
2mm  ...  3 legs out one side and a tab out the other (which is connected 
across the bottom to the centre leg).
