Hi all, PART I: Research Project After working as an embedded programmer in the Silicon Valley for a few years, this September I moved to Germany to enroll in a Master's program in Automotive Systems, with an emphasis in Car Electronics. This is an 18-month program, with the last 6 being a "research project" (german: Diplomarbeit) that is generally done at a company. Optimally I would like to return to the US to work on this research project, so I'm asking the list if any of you work at companies that might be interested in such an arrangement. If you'd like to know more about me, my qualifications, the program curriculum or what the research projects normally look like, please feel free to email me off-list. PART II: Short-term work >From February 5th until March 15th, I have a (roughly 6-week) semester break. I would like to use this time productively (and, hopefully, in a financially beneficial manner). So again, I turn to the list to see if anyone has any opportunities in the US (or maybe somewhere else? I have a greencard and German passport.) that might be of interest. I'm looking to do something related to, in order of preference, automotive systems, electronics, or embedded software. If you have something I might be interested in, please reply off-list for a resume, references etc. Thanks for reading! - Marcel -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
