We currently do that through Ethernet, but getting in there and setting the IP address and other stuff can be a bit of a pain. We're doing it now using default IP addresses, autoconfig, DHCP, and netbios hostnames, but it's not as easy as plugging in a USB connector. And not every of these features are supported on every OS. But, as others have pointed out, it doesn't look like this would be easy or possible.
