Install my PIC development environment
(http://www.embedinc.com/pic/dload.htm) and look at QQQ_TASK.ASPIC in the
SOURCE > PIC directory within the software installation directory.  I also
have routines to kill a task and for a task to end itself, but those haven't
made it back into the template yet.
